Qualified applicants are responsible for submitting correct and required information for the Affordable Connectivity Program and recertification for ACP through the National Verifier Recertification website.
Recertification is an important part of the Lifeline program. Recertification ensures only those who are genuinely eligible receive benefits. The recertification process is conducted annually, and subscribers who fail to recertify within 60 days will be automatically delisted or unenrolled from the program. Applicants are encouraged to go through the recertification and reverification 60 days prior to expiration to avoid potential disruption.
